It was the Madrid known to those kings, although the area of the current district of Las Letras was not then included and today would correspond to the districts of Sol and Palacio, in other words, the central district.

It is the heart of Madrid, with Plaza Mayor as a reference point, but also the streets of Calle Mayor and Calle Arenal -precisely where our hotel is located- drive you to Plaza de Oriente going past picturesque spots that are well worth seeing.
