De calçotada en Madrid
Madrid has always been a melting pot of cuisines from all over Spain and Catalan cuisine is no exception. Now that the cold is arriving so do the calçots, one of the most traditional and delicious products of Catalan gastronomy, accompanied by the famous romesco sauce.
