From the airport, take Line 8 (pink) of the Madrid Metro to Nuevos Ministerios station. At Nuevos Ministerios, change to Cercanías RENFE and take the C-3 or C-4 line towards Sol. Get off at Sol station.
A taxi from the airport to Puerta del Sol has a fixed fare of 33 EUR per journey.
We do not offer a transfer service to/from the airport

The hotel offers a free luggage storage service when items are left for less than 24 hours. For long-term storage (24 hours or more), the charge is 3 EUR per day for each small suitcase and 5 EUR per day for each large suitcase.
